Swipico only shows some of my photos
You probably gave Swipico limited access. Open Settings → Apps → Swipico → Photos and choose Full Access. With limited access, Swipico can only see the photos you picked.
I deleted a photo by mistake
Open Photos → Collections → Utilities → Recently Deleted, select the photo and tap Recover. Deleted photos stay there for 30 days.
My storage didn’t go down after cleaning
Deleted photos keep using space until Recently Deleted is emptied. Open Recently Deleted and choose Delete All when you’re sure.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Swipico and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Swipico delete photos from iCloud?
If iCloud Photos is on, yes. Deleting a photo on your iPhone removes it from every device using the same Apple Account, just like deleting it in the Photos app.
